This is an Anusara PlayDate Evening with special guest B.J. Galván to explore Anusara’s Universal Principles of Alignment in an evening of play.

A Certified Anusara Yoga Instructor, BJ offers this inspirational style of yoga in a playful way on a global level. She has been blessed to have extensively traveled the world for four years studying with, apprenticing, and assisting master yoga teacher and founder of Anusara, John Friend. Ever the student, she continues to spend much time graced with John’s tutelage. Her devotion, passion and love for the Divine, life and practice leads her to study with her philosophy teachers and renowned Tantric scholars Douglas Brooks, Paul Muller Ortega and Carlos Pomeda whenever possible.

Currently, BJ is leading bi-lingual immersions, trainings, master classes, workshops and intensives all over South America, in addition to other international and national events.
