October 2010 Weekend Retreat in Somerset with Simona Hernandez

Autumn Weekend: 8th – 10th October 2010

A weekend in autumn 2010 dedicated to Anusara Inspired yoga with Simona Hernandez at Croydon Hall in Somerset. Numbers are restricted to 20 for each weekend.

Schedule

Yoga Classes: 7.30am – 8.30am, 11.30am – 1.00pm, 5.30pm – 7.00pm.

There will be yoga classes as above on each full day. The morning class will be followed by breakfast, the mid-morning class followed by lunch and the early evening class followed by dinner. Pranayama and Meditation will often be incorporated into these classes. On the day of arrival there will be an evening class from 6pm to 7.30pm followed by dinner. On the day of departure there will be a morning class as above.

*Costs: shared triple or quad room & shared bathroom facilities – £235; shared twin room with en-suite bathroom facilities or single room with shared bathroom facilities – £285; and Single occupancy of a twin or double room with en-suite bathroom facilities – £335.  Please note that prices include accommodation, meals and all yoga classes. Travel costs are not included.
